Syracuse Basketball Tournament Promotion at Destiny USA

While you’re at Destiny USA Friday or Saturday, why not sharpen your basketball skills at our Free Throw Contest in the Canyon and register for the 7th annual Turn-Around Jumpers 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament?

On Friday, from 4- 8 p.m., and Saturday from noon to 8 p.m., join The Salvation Army at a free throw shooting contest at the Canyon and visit the Microsoft Gaming Area. Prizes will be given to shooters at various age levels who make the most free throws in 30 seconds.

To promote Turn-Around Jumpers, The Salvation Army is partnering with Destiny USA, Microsoft and Dick’s Sporting Goods.

You can get in on the early registration while you polish your free throw shooting game at the same time.

"The competition gets pretty intense as we get closer to the end time of 8 p.m. on Saturday,” says Andrew Sabbaghzadeh, resource development director at The Salvation Army in Syracuse.
